Cancellation Policy
When you book a session, we are holding a space that is no longer available to other clients. If you wish to change or cancel your consultation, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice. As it is difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice, the full consultation fee is payable for any cancelled or missed appointments without 48 hours' notice. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call or email us to arrange. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of our other clients.
